TitanSlides provides professional presentation design services, including pitch decks, sales presentations, motion graphics, and bespoke visual storytelling.

All projects are subject to:

• A formal agreement or written confirmation before starting work.

• Payment terms outlined in Section 5.

• Client collaboration for timely feedback and approvals.

3. Intellectual Property

• Client Content: You retain ownership of any materials (text, images, branding) you provide. You confirm that you have the right to use any content submitted.

• TitanSlides Creations: We retain ownership of our designs until full payment is received. Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the designs for your intended purpose.

• Third-Party Assets: If stock images, fonts, or other third-party assets are used, the client is responsible for ensuring they comply with relevant licensing.

4. Project Timelines & Revisions

• We provide estimated delivery timelines before starting a project.

• The client must provide feedback promptly to avoid delays.

• Each project includes a set number of revision rounds (outlined in the project agreement). Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

5. Payments & Refunds

• Pricing – Project costs start at £500 and vary based on complexity. A custom quote is provided before work begins.

• Payment Terms – A 50% deposit is required upfront, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.

• Late Payments – We reserve the right to pause work if payments are delayed. Late payments may incur a 5% monthly fee.

• Refunds – Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Refunds may be issued at our discretion if we are unable to complete the project.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate project details and materials.

• Respond to requests for feedback within agreed timelines.

• Ensure they have legal rights to any content they provide.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may impact project delivery times.

7. Limitation of Liability

TitanSlides is not responsible for:

• Any damages or losses resulting from the use of our services.

• Errors in client-provided content.

• Issues arising from third-party software (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides).

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service provided.

8. Cancellations & Termination

• The client may cancel a project before work begins with a full refund of any deposit paid.

• If work has already started, the deposit is non-refundable.

• TitanSlides reserves the right to cancel projects due to non-payment, breach of terms, or inappropriate behaviour.

9. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as strictly confidential. We will not share your content with third parties unless required by law or with your explicit consent.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation, and if necessary, through UK courts.
